Let's preface this by saying, this company is not worth applying too if you are serious about finding a job, waste of time and they are exploitative. The process was supposed to be three interviews; - Phone call that is an HR Screening. - Skills assessment with an executive. - Final interview as an introduction with the CEO (this didn't end up happening and since they were always scheduling and postponing it at the last minute until it didn't happen) - They approached me later with an offer that has nothing to do with the position I applied for nor relevant to my skills with terms that are super exploitative.
