Unfortunately, despite waiting for weeks and sending multiple follow-ups, I only received a rejection without the courtesy of an interview. This lack of respect for a candidate's time is disappointing and does not reflect well on the company. I hope you consider revisiting your interview process to ensure a more professional and respectful experience for future candidates.
