The interview contains of 4 stages: - Basic test about Java Core - Screening interview with HR - Technical task for 5 days - Final technical interview 1.5h I would say that every step for me went smoothly, but for some reason after a lot of time I spent I was awarded the basic "After very careful consideration, we decided not to pursue your application" sh*t. Despite that fact that the technical team was pleased and glad to have me on board. If you are not able to provide some meaningful feedback after the whole interview cycle finishes, I think, this company is not worth to try. P.S. It would also be great if everyone in the meeting had their camera turned on, or at least it would be clear why you can't do it.
