3 rounds - first round with the recruiter (asked a lot of generic and background questions, then a bit on how I handle a difficult project, etc.); second with the department's manager more on my background and skillset and journey; final with the department manager in-person which involved mainly him touring me around the facility and their history, then ending with a small Excel test (he even told me a bit about it beforehand) and then a series of quick questions with another technical person.
