No behavioral questions or abstract case Tell me about a time when ..... There was 4 interviewer one HR, Mgr, Director, CIO. It was a serial interview setup where you went into to each interviewer's office and they would hand you off to the next in line. The CIO interview as for elimination only and the Director was the real decision maker in the process.

What experience do you have in logistics IT or transportaion?
Le processus d’entretien chez XPO Logistics pour une alternance se déroule généralement en plusieurs étapes :
1. Pré-sélection CV et lettre de motivation : l’équipe RH analyse les candidatures.
2. Entretien téléphonique ou visio avec les RH : questions sur le parcours, la motivation et la connaissance de l’entreprise.
3. Entretien opérationnel avec le manager : discussion plus technique sur les missions, les compétences demandées, et éventuellement des cas pratiques.
4. Retour final : réponse positive ou négative sous quelques jours.
Easy, practical and very straight forward. Mostly behavioural questions and basic algo questions on linked list and trees and mathematical type questions.

Entrevista
Two interviews- one over the phone, other in person via panel interview. Afterwards, it was followed by background check and drug test. Overall a pretty easy and painless hiring process
