Interview process is harried and rushed. HR department is understaffed and has lots of turn over. Did not feel very confident that best candidates were being provided to decision makers.

Takes long time, rigorous process. Could be faster. I had to meet with so many people, it was hard to keep up with the name. It’s not like I didn’t enjoy the process, but it get’s very long by the end of the day.
