The interview process was pretty straight forward. Applied and got a call with in a few days. Set up a phone interview with the recruiter. A few days after, I received another call for a video interview. Interview was not that bad. I was asked a bunch of scenario based questions. After the video interview, I received an offer a week later.

Two rounds of questioning from department reps. Mostly asking situational questions in the second round while getting to know your background in the first round. Usually a director, HR person, and managers, plus an initial conversation with a recruiter.

How would you handle a situation in which a customer's pricing is no longer adequate in retaining business?
The initial phone interview went well. It was helpful to learn more about the position. They were very open about what was needed and the expectations of the role. They were thorough with their answers.
