Do not apply here if you are a good developer and have self-respect - they will drag you along and waste your time. Ridiculous company. In my case, I submitted an online coding challenge, then did 3 rounds where each interviewer asked the exact same questions about my submitted coding test. During the "final round" with 3 developers, I had answered all of their technical questions and was just small chatting with them to pass the time. They told me there would be one final with management, then out of nowhere they reject me and instead try to give me a NIGHT SHIFT role! What a joke! I even got on the Night Shift role interview and the dude also goes through my coding test for the fourth time.. says there would be more technical interviews (even after confirming my Python skills were good from past interviewers). Complete nonsense and waste of time, take your talents elsewhere.
