Pretty simple process. Takehome, hiring manager, and then 2 more interviews. Hiring manager was just questions about the role, some technical questions about things in my resume, and that's it. Technical and a little bit of the hiring manager was focus on NLP (basics, embeddings, etc), model training, AWS tools, deployment etc. Other interviews were pretty straightforward 30 min stuff.

The interview process was quick. I interviewed and had an offer within two weeks. I felt like my time was respected, and communication was open. For this job, low level technical skills are needed, and personality plays a big role in being hired. I've heard the hiring process can take much longer in other areas of the company.
