Very straightforward interview process: once I submitted my application, I was contacted by XTM's talent acquisition partner who then invited me to 1st stage interview with the hiring manager. The whole process consisted of 3 rounds of interview. The talent acquisition partner kept me up to date and made sure to check in after each stage. I was treated in a very friendly yet professional manner. Once I got the offer, the process was very quick as well - I didn't have to wait long for the contract to arrive. Overall, I was very impressed.
