      Fiz uma entrevista na empresa XTM International.

      I went through four interview stages, including a final presentation that took a significant amount of time to prepare. The CMO said the task would be light with no heavy lifting, but they requested for 30-minute presentation when the task was sent requiring far more work than suggested, which felt misleading. At the end of the final interview, the Marketing Director said I would hear back within a few days, but I heard nothing for over three weeks. The talent person finally provided a responded after two weeks, citing Easter, people being out of office, and that feedback was being finalised, what an awful way to act. This felt like blatant lies and reflected disorganisation and a lack of internal coordination rather than a clear process. After three weeks of waiting, I received a generic rejection citing a “change in business needs, they were no longer recruiting for the role” with no further explanation given the level of work and time invested. There also appeared to be deeper issues with the role and hiring team. They had previously hired someone who didn’t work out due to skills mismatch, and even during my interviews there was still no clear understanding of what the role required. This raised concerns about how the role was scoped and how hiring decisions are made. Overall, the process felt chaotic, inconsistent, and poorly managed from start to finish, with unconvincing excuses that are blatant lies and very little respect for candidates. Avoid this recruitment process like the plaque.
