At the screening interview, the interviewer said that the position was not a senior position anymore and it was downgraded. I thought it was unprofessional. Besides that, the questions were more about my career journey and what I knew about the company.

It was a teams interview, the entire interview process was very professional. 3 rounds of interview was there. Second round was done by director of the company. The last round was HR and salary negotiation round.

Was quite okay. The process is very lengthen and should be better streamlined. Also the otherr benefits must be spelt out , so that candidates get a better perspective. The brand should be more visible. Visibility in today's times is key to anything.
