Interview process is extremely quick and to the point. I was contacted by the recruiter, Noah Kaufman via LinkedIn. 1. Initial 10 minute phone chat about the position and whether my experience aligned with it. 2. Cognitive assessment and Personality assessment with detailed instructions for both. 3. Xoom interview with Noah, which was similar to the first phone interview. I was also informed that they were interviewing another candidate who was further along in the process than I was but they wanted to interview me anyway. 4. Video interview with a Manager I was then informed that the other candidate was made an offer, so I didn't make it to the next round which would have been a video interview with the Director of Professional Services. The last round would have been on-site in the Toronto office.
