The interview process have the 2 stages, they are not professional at all they make you wait for more than 30 minutes for them to appear on the interview mind you it remote so the waste of data and time waiting for them . Another the guy was so rude even if I had the chance to work there I wouldn’t be able to survive with such Hr’s

The interview was to take place virtually after I applied online and was contacted via LinkedIn to schedule a time. However, the interviewer did not show up to the meeting, I was left waiting without any communication or update. After waiting for 15 min I sent an email to follow up if there had been any changes but I got no response. 3 weeks later now and still no response on email or LinkedIn. It's so unprofessional and a complete waste of candidates' time.
