The interview process is very thorough. XCH's goal is clearly to find the absolute best match candidate for their open roles. I had a total of (5) interviews with various stakeholders in my role, combined with several behavioral and cognitive assessments. All but the final interviews were remote.

Entrevista
The interview process was thorough. Interviews included the recruiter, the Owner/Founder and CEO (with a focus on Core Values and Vision), the leadership team, the EOS Implementer, and finally an in-person interview with the Owner/CEO.
