Interview process was smooth and a positive experience throughout. The Talent Lead consistently kept me in the loop with feedback and was prompt at setting up next steps and sharing all the info I needed before each stage in terms of what to expect and who I'd be meeting which was helpful. The process was 4 stages in total over about 3 weeks. This included 3 video calls and 1 f2f in the London office. I met 6 people in total which was great as I was able to hear different perspectives and get know who I'd be working alongside. Conversational interviews but thorough. Alot of questions to understand my motivations, experience and some situational and behaviourial type questions to gage what I have done and how I deal with certain scenarios. In each interview I had plenty of time for my questions and appreciated the transparency.
