Python/Django 5.2, no information about it at all. They sent Django's documentation for prep. Easy exercise, you work on it alone for 1h then questions about decisions. Questions get harder to check depth. Not an easy step. - 1h meeting with Hiring Manager. Very quick questions jumping from one domain to the other. No expressions. Rushed to hit the 1h mark. No time to think, felt like an interrogation. No feedback received at all. Completely ignored follow up email asking as well. 3:30 hours and not a single word to improve. They however asked for a named feedback form.

The process is as follows, they get back fairly quickly and are communicative about the rounds and next steps. - application - First round HR teams meeting - Meeting a team member - Test - Culture round with CEO
