Standard phone interview with questions like background, tech skills, why xero and career goal. It took around 20 mins and generally it is scheduled after 1 week of job close date.
They focus on personal development , talk a lot about how to support their employees to develop themselves.
Very friendly teams, happy and enjoy talking with them.
They are 4 steps interview. At first is a phone call to know how much you understand about xero. Then many technical interviews.
