The interview process started with an online application, then an online assessment with cognitive and behavioural questions. After that, there was a video interview with 3 behavioural questions focusing on motivation, teamwork, and values. Finally, there was an assessment centre with a group activity,

Tell me about a time when you stepped out of your comfort zone to learn a new skill or solve a problem.
Only got the online assessment and virtual interview, didn't get an actual interview. The online assessment is interactive and fun and the virtual interview is just some standard behavioural questions.
