I applied online through the Xerox website. After I applied, I had to take multiple tests. After completing all of my tests I was contacted by Xerox recruiter. She let my know my test scores were great and set up an in-person interview. My interview consisted of one person. She asked my what my strengths and weakness were and why she should hire me.

What difficult challenge have you overcome in life? How did you overcome it?
Short Sweet and to the point. They want to hear what you have learned while you were a temp. They were very quiet and expected me to elaborate on several questions that they had.

I was shocked that the Hiring Director did my interview in the lobby of the facility. I felt like it didn't matter that I was there because it did not feel like a real interview. It did not feel like a professional interview. The process was so rushed that it did not seem like they were really interested in me as a person, only hiring someone to fill a empty slot.
