Met with management and discussed my education and experience, qualifications and previous job history. Talked about what the job entailed and how I would be a good fit. (Average, routine interview questions)
Laid back. Staffing agency made the preliminary arrangements and gave all the contact information needed. Provided a quick background of myself. There is a preliminary online quiz to determine mechanical aptitude.

Started with an introduction to the company, technical knowledge tests, situational tests, a personality test. Situation and personality tests were done one on one. Don't rememeber much as it was 27 years ago.
