I had 3 rounds 2 rounds were purely technical and last was managerial round. After clearing all the rounds I got to hear that I have none to zero experience as a lead and so they will not be moving ahead with my profile. During initial discussion I had already communicated that I have not worked as a team lead still they wasted my time interviewing me for that position.
