      Human resources department reached out for me through WhatsApp . we agreed on interview time and then I met persons from the marketing department at their office. The interview took very long more than an hour but the atmosphere was comfortable in general and welcoming

      Very quick and very friendly. It was overall an ok exp especially basis the speed ...... usually 3-4 rounds but feedbacks could take some more time. Recruiter has to collect the feedback from all the HM , consolidate, then may revert back so be patient

      Entrevista

      The interviewer joined the call only after I reminded them that we had and interview. from that kind of a start you can get a gist of the rest. The senior manager didn’t know too much about social media or branding best practices, she was only concerned that we boost sales (which of course is the goal). But, as I described ideas for plans .. she seemed to be only concerned with if I was able to handle working for a “Chinese” company... with its high pressure and fast movement. To which I assured her would be no problem, as I’ve worked for some of the biggest companies - in high stress situations. I mentioned that structure and rules in place for handling OT and random hours would need to be set into place, as while I’m flexible, I’m not willing to be on call 24/7, unless I am legally and fairly compensated. After a long conversation and rushing through her list of requirements, she promised to set up a second call to which we would see where the best fit for me in the company would be. A few days later I checked in with the HR person in charge of my interview - to which she simply replied. “Oh we’ve decided not to move forward with your application. “ Basically the problems are - the person hiring should have the capability of conducting a proper professional interview, knowing the role themselves and knowing Western European working regulations. (And how they do not coincide with the Chinese work regulations and laws). If they want to grow rapidly in Europe they should try to at least grasp the European way of doing business. The interviewer mentioned to me that many people quit shortly after they had started.... well I can see why. There’s a complete lack of structure and my guess is they do not know how to properly onboard staff. By viewing their social media - I can already see they're wasting money and efforts needlessly- all they need is some cohesion and organization. Good luck to you! You’ll need it
