Not professional at all. The CEO was the one doing the interview, and not only was he inappropriate, but he also dismissed all my experience and knowledge. Like, if you don’t like my background or think I’m not a fit, then why even call to schedule an interview? Don’t waste my time just to lecture me about “work culture” or brag about your experience. The first red flag was having the CEO do the interview himself, and the second was realizing he’s the direct supervisor for everything — that alone shows the workplace doesn’t seem to have a healthy environment at all.

Job not as advertised.
Horrible interview. The owner undervalued my experience, lectured start to finish, pushed underpaid work, micromanaged, dismissed concerns with “family culture,” and lacked professionalism. Insulting and not worth it.
