I had one technical interview where I had to go through some LeetCode type of tasks. I received the tasks multiple days in advance, so I had good time for preparation. In the interview, they gave me a really good impression about the company as I felt they explained what the company does in an engaging way. After that, I had to go through the prepared questions and explain my code underways, and got some questions about why I did this and that, to get my reflections. I felt like it was more of a conversation rather than a interview really, so I was quite relaxed.

Professional, including, informative and well executed. Only improvement they could make, is to do internal interviews before external. 3 rounds of interviews, made a good impression on me. Sadly, they went for the internal (with more experience), understandably.
