1 on site interview, 1 virtual interview with the owner.
The communication could have been clearer about the second interview being virtual. First interview on site had a google meet link, as well as the second, so not clearly communicating that the second interview was virtual caused confusion.
Throughout the process, I was contacted through LinkedIn and email, however I was notified that I did not get the role from a generic LinkedIn application update. This just felt a little cold and unprofessional considering our other communications.
The owner came across as short and not the most friendly. Questions about how to build a chair and what type of media I consume felt demeaning considering the role.

Entrevista
Went through a series of interviews with the owners. They were pleasant, and the interview was easy for someone who's been in product development for quite sometime. The most negative part of the entire experience (as a former customer, and applicant) is not receiving any follow-up whatsoever. Not even a rejection, or one sentence - no thanks, email. Was completely ghosted, which is unprofessional and all around just inconsiderate of other people's time and scheduling. I understand this happens early on in larger companies, but for a startup with an ethos to to build, this was just disappointing.
