Applied 3/27 On 4/3 sent an email for a phone interview. On the day of the interview the operations manager forgot to call me (major red flag!) was rescheduled for phone interview and was once again forgot about. About two hours later the operations manager attempted to call but I did not answer. Was sent an e-mail the next day thanking me for the so-called interview but were moving forward with other candidates.

First have a phone interview with their Hr rep, setup a time and had a one on one with their Customer Success Manager and their Director of Customer Success via Zoom. Spoke with them for about 30 minutes.

Entrevista
The whole interview process took about 3 total. Thats from start to finish.
Ashley reached out to make first contact via phone and that initial conversation took about 10 minutes.
Upon receiving a call back to set up the second interview, I met with Angelo and that actual Houston location and Zoomed (video) in with Ashley.
This interview took maybe 30 minutes or so with some time at the end to ask questions.
