It starts with HR vibe check interview. If you pass initially you will get to technical assignment that will perform surface validation of your skills. After the assignement that you will have to spend 8 hours on you will get into technical overview and then if the overview is good, you will have meeting with Lead AI manager that will discuss possibilities with you.

Terrible interaction. Recruiters spam your linkedin and do not communicate clearly about the job. I got told I would receive a reaction the same week. Two weeks later I got a rejection! They told me they've enjoyed talking to me but that I would lack ''interpersonal'' skills. That while they weren't honest with their reaction timeframe towards me in the first place. Extremely unprofessional. I guess they expect candidates to bow towards the boss and show no backbone. If you have a functioning brain I would recommend to choose from one of the 50 other or so consultancies in the Netherlands that provide a similar service.
I think with such a terrible HR department I wouldn't trust working for these people. Just from my brief interaction I would even go so far as that I would not want to have any engineer, developer or whoever from this company as a consultant. Their only abilities are within the domain of stroking the boss's ego.

Entrevista
My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. After being asked to complete an assessment, which required about a week of work (around 9 hours), and to take a holiday day to attend an in-person interview to discuss it, I was rejected on the basis that I "lack cloud experience and they would not be able to offer me to clients."
This was information that was clearly visible on my CV from the start. It is unacceptable to ask candidates to invest significant time, take time off work, and spend money traveling, only to reject them for something that could and should have been identified much earlier.
This shows a clear lack of respect for candidates’ time and efforts. I strongly recommend that the company improve their screening process and treat candidates with the professionalism and consideration they deserve.
