Pathetic ! Terrible ! Worst Interviewer ever! The worst pathetic interview for my entire career. I have 10+ years of experience in IT, I was interviewed on 3rd Feb 2023 and 5th Feb 2023. This is explicitly about my First round. Firstly he was 5 mins late to interview, there was no ethics no hello or hi. He just asked me to share screen and provided me an problem. I was working on the problem and as a normal tendency there is always importance given to the approach to be followed. I was trying to discuss the same and i am not sure, if he was available on call or not, because he never responded when i was asking to discuss the approach. He would just go offline and talk nothing ( i believe he was having his lunch as that was the time it was scheduled). Later once done with that, I asked a simple question, what are you looking for the position and i replied my experience is mostly on UI and not Java. He realized he made a mistake to assume to give a problem and go in background. He then started asking me Rapid fire questions as there was not much time. I answered every of the answer. The Ethics was really really bad, when someone ask the question and someone is responding you don't interrupt but interviewer had no chill. He would just kept interrupting never let my answer to complete. PS - I have given a lot of interviews till date, But this would be the worst ever Interview I would have given so far. The interview is not just about Interviewee it is equally about interviewer. I will get another job but the image for Xperi is ruined for me and subsequently I would pass the same feedback to everyone in my Network.
