I booked an interview after I had passed a quite extensive test in the language they were interested in. First, I was asked to tell some words about myself. Then, why I was a good fit for the role. After this, I spoke the language they were interested in to show I am a fluent speaker of it. Finally, they presented to me the terms and conditions for this job. No fixed monthly hours and an hourly pay that was very low for the position.
