The interview had me on 3 stages, it was very painful because I hoped they would hire me after I passed the technical test but actually they didn't. In the 3rd stage, the Team Lead was really easy going with me tell me how their work and also he just asked me some simple questions and how I work. So, i assume that i have been chosen. But the fact is, for more than 2 months I interviewed, I failed. On the technical test, they action are like very underestimate how I code, how i solving the problems(The test was very difficult guys, more than theory). Hopeless...
