Job posted on Jan 20,2014 by a recruitment agency called Level recruitment on behalf of Xylem. I applied on JAN 27. My profile was shortlisted by Level recruitment on Mar 20. I had 1 hr 30mins skype interview with Level recruitment and the next week another Skype interview with Xylem for another 1 hour 30 mins. (As of now 2 rounds of interviews.) I was asked to give personality, verbal and analytical testes online after skype interviews. A week after i was called for in person(face to face) interview at Xylem office in Stockholm. I was asked to pay fro my travel and stay but will be reimbursed later. I attended the F2F interview (3 rounds - one technical, hands on programming and again HR) on Apr 17th. The Manager told the result will be announced in a week. The recruitment company also told me the same. One week passed,2 weeks passed, no response. I emailed recruitment company. They dont have updates and they dont respond to emails. I called the recruitment company.This time i got an answer that Manager is busy with workshops. A month passed, no reply. I finally lost hopes as I see the recruitment company and manager inefficient and recruitment process as dumb. Finally I got call from Level recruitment after 2 months saying they are going with more experienced person though they like my profile. The worst recruitment process I have seen.
