Entrevista
It was all a series of situational/behavioral questions. They gave a type of situation/scenario, and you gave a response of a situation where you had encountered that type of scenario with how you handled it/learned from it/etc. Two people from Y-12 went back and forth posing the situations. Each would ask questions during the response to each pose scenario.

First interview was behavioral and was heavily focused on conflict resolution and working in a culturally diverse environment, Second interview was technical and I solved several word problems while on the phone with the interviewer.

Video conference. applied online. took a while to hear back. not bad process. virutal interview on webex that was okay. it lasted an hour with questions and feedback. would recommend
