Smooth interview process, only need to interview once followed by a phone call from the manager. Interview on-site with the manager for around 40 minutes to an hour. They extended the offer in a week.

Being asked general knowledge and perspectives on the industry. For R&D, the R&D background like product development & analytical knowledge, those with working experience in cGMP or GLP environment is preferable
