It was on a Zoom call with 2 other people. I had no idea that anyone other than the hiring manager would be joining the interview. Worst part, she never turned her camera on and that was a bit odd during an interview.

Quick questions in the interview outlining the job however not really asking about practical skills of the job. Owner seems to be not interested and just wants someone hired on appearances not actual experience which is illegal I’m sure.
