Strung the interview process out, feedback at every stage took at least a week. They don't put a salary in the advert, will wait until the very end to tell you the salary you specified at the very start is impossible and that they don't offer close to what glassdoor says salaries are there. Take home and live code pair tech test, both simple generic algorithm tests that teach you nothing about the company.
