Entrevista
The interview process is composed of two stages. The first is the Initial Interview, which primarily focuses on assessing the candidate’s background. Following this, the Technical Interview is conducted to evaluate the candidate’s technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities, often involving technical questions, or scenario-based assessments relevant to the position.

Pergunta 1
One of the questions they asked me was how I would explain a technical concept to a non-technical person. The purpose was to assess how well I can simplify complex ideas and communicate them clearly without using too much jargon.
