After hearing back from my initial application, I was invited to a trial shift at the restaurant, was shown both front and back of house operations and worked for an hour and a half during a quiet period. After that I was taken to the office to answer a few easy questions related to my CV and why I wanted the job before leaving. I heard back a few days later.

Easy quick phone call then a casual meeting in person, started that week. On boarding process very fast and easy- just had to give them my tshirt size and shadow for a week.
