Entrevista
I applied online via Indeed by submitting my CV.
The next day I received an email stating that after looking through my CV they would like for me to progress with the next stage which was a spelling and grammar test as well as a styling scenario test. I suggest you go through the test very throughly as they can be very strict.
After submitting that I got an email congratulating me as they were inviting me to one of their Assessment Days. The Assessment day was a really lovely experience. The day started off within the lovely members within the department introducing themselves and then we the candidate also introduced ourselves. Then there was a presentation about the company but it was more of an open discussion.
I would suggest you go prepared. Research the company.
After that we are split into groups and had about 3mini assessments about sales/customer service enquires and also some styling scenarios again.
After that we were told to wait to find who had made it to the final interview stage (nerve racking).
Fortunately I did make it to the final stage and was offered the job the next day.

Entrevista
I applied on Monday, heard back the next day - and then was sent a written task to complete after answering a few questions via email. The task was fairly easy as the instructions and information was very clear. Sent it off and was invited to an interview. Had the interview two days later and was offered the job about an hour after the interview :)

HR phone in to discuss some basic questions. Then will arrange to meet Manager and finish a written test (email writing). Then will meet line manager in the final round.
