I had an interview with 3 separate groups of people. They where organised and friendly. The last group where the scientists and head of the company who asked me about the scientific and technical side of things.

One phone interview, one face to face interview, and then an offer/rejection. The phone interview was to see if I was suitable, the face to face was more about the company.
