You may deduce from the interview process on bad this working with college can turn out to be. It was super weird. First, you will receive an official invitation without informing the date, time, and venue. Second, you may email them back on this, but do not expect any reply. They just don't care. Third, you will be receiving another email stating the date, but without any specific time. I was invited for an online interview, but I have to be on standby from 10.00AM - 4.00PM. They mentioned just be ready, they will notify you through text 15 minutes before your interview starts. Fourth, you will be given slides, and expected to conduct a mock interview based on these slides which most likely are beyond the scope of your expertise. Fifth, you will be asked questions by the panel. This will be worst than going for a PhD Viva. The whole process was traumatizing. Just avoid it. I doubt they can pay well.
