I had 2 rounds interviews, one with the PM and one with the principal. PM asked some technical questions and the principal is more focused on your personality and growth.

Three interviews, one with HR, then two separate interviews with principal engineers. More conversation-based, less questions and answers. Interviews with principal engineers were candid and transparent. Interview did not really involve any difficult questions. Questions were focused on understanding the candidate's experience and technical knowledge.
