UPDATE: don’t do it -> as I see I’m not the only one, they are just using the knowledge of candidates sending you a big business case directly after a quick HR interview and then disappear. (I personally blocked the access to the document I’ve sent to them)
I had a bad interview experience with Yego: after an HR interview (which went really well), they asked me to do a practical case which, if I sum it up, is to define the entire detailed 2023 strategy for customer service (what could be better than free ideas). After this first borderline point, it took them 3 and a half weeks to reply, despite 2 reminders from me, with an e-mail written in 1 minute to say in 2 lines that they wouldn't be following the process. I'm sure it is a really good place to work, but the recruitment process is very shaky.
