Perguntas de entrevista da empresa YUPRO Placement

I was engaged with the mission and opportunity YUPRO had to offer. Unfortunately, they realized after putting me through 4 rounds and 4 hours of interviews (one final included with the CEO) that they no longer had the budget to hire for the year. I just don't understand why work with a staffing firm to go find you someone for a position you say you really need on your team, only to figure it out at a stage where you should be extending an offer. Good conversations, but overall waste of time.
