Really easy. The General manager first I thought to be intimidating made me feel very comfortable. She explained everything once she told me she would like to to join the team. Questions were open ended and focused on sales techniques and customer service mostly. I had to choose an outfit for a specific event and explain why I chose it. I had to answer questions about customers, if they didn't want my help or if they wanted a lot of help how would I go forward with the process. I had a lot of chance to talk about my past experiences so she could get to know me. I didn't feel like it was an interview like I have had in the past just more getting to know me as a person.
