The process is terrible. You are supposed to reach out to profs to find open positions. One exception is cs50, which has a weird interview process-- they ask you to present stuff and then solve a bug in the first problem set while the interviewer talks childishly and annoys you
It was a great interview. the professor was awesome, and I really enjoy the prospect of teaching people. the interview was very collegial and respectful. have I reached 30 words yet.
