The job description does not match the requirements mentioned at the interview. The interview questions revolved around my engineering degree instead of my PhD, but the job requirement did not ask for an engineer. I also found that the interview questions had nothing to do with my knowledge on the topic. It was a waste of time over a job with an interview similar to a post-doc position.

It was a waste of time. Interviewer was not interested in asking my previous job experience, but on what a degree that has nothing related to the job description. The job description does not match with the post.
Pretty straightforward interview experience overall, with clear questions and a well-structured process. The environment was professional yet welcoming, which made the conversation feel comfortable, smooth, and engaging, allowing for open discussion and a positive overall impression.
The process was fair, but very drawn out. Often times I had to wait a month in between interviews. I think the current administration was affecting the process and they were up front about the delays, but it made the process harder than needed.
