You get interviewed by project managers. You get asked basic questions. They are nice and want to get to know you. One question was tell me your strengths and weaknesses.

The interview was very casual and focused on getting to know my personality. I interviewed with two PEs from the firm who had a list of prepared questions they went through that included everything from specifics like past work experiences and general questions like "what are your strengths/weakness" and "what are your hobbies". The firm is small so one of the biggest questions they asked me was if I would be willing to work on all aspects of land development. They also talked about the positives of their work culture a lot so be sure to ask questions about the culture if they don't bring it up themselves.
