For Yamaha Motor Europe NL - Interview process was nice and I got the job offer.However, you need to be aware of Bonus pays are included on the base salary and if you ask them to make an increase since it is not an actual base salary, they withdraw your job offer by saying "negotiation" is not a part of Yamaha culture As a trick point, they don't include date for the response of the job offer letter which provides them not to use your legal rights. I believe that "People" and Diversity are not core value for Yamaha Motor Europe. After getting job offer, it is not important for them you resign or already inform you current company. They can easily withdraw your offer. I think the hiring managers and division manager are in their comfort zone for 10+ years in the company, they are not aware of what is going on outside the company. I recommend them to make some job interviews for themselves to understand how the hiring process is going outside their company.
