I have attended 3 rounds of interviews and last round also went really good. But then HR never reached back and also never picked up my call. Ghosted me. I think HR need to respect candidate as well as I have given time for 3 interviews. Though my interviews went well. I am assuming that even still you want to reject my candidature, atleast just tell me or send me an email.
